Since 2000, Springboard Enterprises has served as a research hub of influencers, investors, and innovators engaged in helping women build big businesses. Springboard sources, coaches, showcases and supports women-led growth companies seeking investment of financial and human capital for product development and expansion.

718 women-led companies have participated in Springboard’s accelerator programs; raising $8.3 billion, creating tens of thousands of new jobs, and generating billions of dollars in annual revenues. 82% of Springboard companies are still in business as independent or merged entities, including 17 IPOs, and many are the technology engines of publicly traded companies.

The annual program combines high-value in-person events with strategic connections to surround talented women business builders with a ‘personal advisory team’  –   the relevant expertise and connections they need to grow “Big Businesses Starting Small.”
