? Providing advice to clients regarding seeking trade mark protection for the client’s trade marks in Australia as well as overseas, and filing and prosecuting trade mark applications.

? Providing Patentability Analysis and Infringement Analysis in any of the technological fields mentioned above.
? Assisting clients with respect to matters that require knowledge of the German and Spanish languages such as translations and gaining an understanding of technical documentation as well preparation of patent documentation (in particular, briefs and claims) in both languages.
