Amaero manufactures large format complex components in metal with laser-based additive manufacturing processes. We use a range of methods including SLM and Blown Powder Deposition to assist in the manufacturing process.

By utilising our Concept Xline and EOS M280 platforms we can produce components up 800mm x 400mm x 500mm tall.  The Concept Xline currently has the biggest build volume available with the SLM technology and is able to produce complex parts more efficiently and effectively than traditional manufacturing processes.

Amaero has extensive experience in manufacturing and repaired large form factor components for global OEM’s in Aerospace, Defence and the resource sector.

With our direct linkages to Monash University we can tailor the materials science and parameter development to your needs and bring the combination of both research and commercial experience to all of the projects we are involved with.

Amaero manufactures components for a range of global companies and SME’s in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.  Through its power partnership with Monash University Centre for Additive Manufacturing, Amaero offers great depth of technical knowledge and broad capability and has experience in dealing with sensitive projects including ITAR and classified defence projects. In addition AMAERO has recently opened it’s first offshore manufacturing facility for production of aerospace certified additive manufactured components through it’s partnership with Safran in Toulouse, France.
